Pneuamtic actuator Ball Valve wafer type Ball valve
Product information:
Wafer type Ball Valve is more short compared with general flange valve,
is applied to the factory the same pipeline valves with many quantity occasions.
The ball body has 90 degrees of rotation movement, the ball has round holes through
the axis, when rotate the degree of 90, there should be all present the sphere in the input
and exit position thus cut off the flow, otherwise present the hole which making the media through.
Full size body cavity for the medium provided little resistance, though the flow channel. The pneumatic actuators rapidly rotating 90 degrees can make the ball valve instant shut tightly, the direct connection
of the actuators and body reduced the probability of fault. Flange connection pipeline can make a good seal performance, facilitate maintenance and replacement, facilitate the pipe closed.

Double acting wafer type ball valve:
• Anticlockwise • Clockwise
Double acting pneumatic actuator working principle: | |
| 1. Compressed air access into B holes, then the piston will be closer; 2. So that the drive shaft clockwise, valve close; 3. Air remove from A hole; |
Single acting wafer type ball valve:
Single acting pneumatic actuator working principle:
| |
| 1. Air remove from the A hole; 2. Compression spring moves the pistons closer; 3. Driven shaft clockwise; 4. Air into from the B hole; |
